According to the Oxford Dictionary, the definition of a Master is someone who has or shows great skill or proficiency. At MASSAGE MASTERS, we only work with therapists with 10 or more years of experience (or have been vetted by the CEO herself), so you know you're paying for quality, experience from knowledgeable therapists.
At Massage Masters, we go beyond the typical massage experience to deliver a powerful blend of techniques tailored for athletes and anyone looking to recover faster and move better. Our unique approach combines targeted stretching, and our muscle gun to relieve deep-seated tension, improve flexibility, and boost circulation. Each session is customized to address your body’s specific needs, enhancing your performance and aiding in a faster recovery. With Massage Masters, you’ll leave each session feeling revitalized, restored, and ready to take on your next challenge!
At Massage Masters, our hot stone massage therapy combines the power of heat with the healing touch of massage. We use smooth river stones, carefully heated to a soothing temperature, and place them on key points of the body. The warmth from these stones helps relax tight muscles, improve circulation, and release deep-seated tension. As the stones glide over your skin, the heat enhances the massage’s effectiveness, allowing our therapists to apply deeper pressure without discomfort. This treatment is perfect for relieving stress, easing muscle stiffness, and promoting overall relaxation and balance.

The client understands that this is a professional, therapeutic massage. Massage therapy is defined by Merriam Webster as the manipulation of the muscles and other soft tissues of the body by stroking, kneading, or rubbing with one or both hands or an instrument, by a massage therapist for therapeutic purposes (as to relieve pain, promote healing, or improve physical functioning).
Sometimes it is recommended that the pectoral, glute, abdomen, feet, scalp, neck or hands be massaged. The therapist will ask before touching these parts of the body. Please tell the therapist if you DO NOT want certain parts of your body touched. It is also okay if you decide to relinquish permission for any reason. Please voice this to the therapist and they will accommodate your request at once.
Massage isn’t just for hippies and gypsies anymore - welcome to the oldest healing art in the world and why it’s better than steroid injections, muscle relaxers and pain killers!
In case no one told you- life is going to suck sometimes. Some days you’re killing it, and others you’re just happy it’s finally bed time. It’s okay to do what you have to do until you can do what you want to do to feel like you again. Also, let’s talk skinny. Not all weight loss or gain is good and it’s okay if you handle your stress however you handle it. My preferred method is doing a million things, not eating anything and going nonstop for 12 hours straight. But, if you like to sit around and watch tv and chill do that. Don’t feel bad for liking what you like and doing what you need to do handle yourself. Just make sure you’re the one handling yourself and not blaming everyone else for your problems!
Drinking water pre and post massage has always been something I recommended regardless of the what the trending research dictates. Mainly because drinking water is really good for you and because most people are super dehydrated anyway. Massage does accelerate circulation and everything stored in the muscle cells from memories to metabolic waste gets released into the blood stream. That’s why after a massage you might have to use the bathroom or feel like crying. In general though, you’re probably dehydrated so just keep drinking that water!
